A one day workshop followed by two hours of one-to-one coaching costs £600 per person for 6-14 participants or £500 per person for 15-25 participants. for those leading the redundancy process Stillpoint works with those leading the redundancy process to help ensure that your employees remain engaged and supported throughout. We can facilitate your leaders’ understanding of their values and triggers, raise their confidence in holding crucial conversations and appreciate their own impact.
