in harmony

This is a corporate-only programme that focuses on establishing and maintaining harmony in relationships in order to avoid conflict.  Any sort of conflict saps energy; in organisations it is an immeasurable drain.  The focus of the In Harmony programme is on learning how to work with energy, challenge and ownership rather than with personal conflict and vested interest.

Participants learn how to express themselves fully and be totally responsible for their impact.   They understand what creates conflict, how it is created and, most importantly, how to avoid it without losing effectiveness.  The key lies in positively utilising one's own drivers and triggers and those of others to depersonalise and neutralise issues in order to move forward.

We take this practical programme in stages in order to allow new relationships to be established and new behavioural practices to evolve.

Two facilitators who understand the nature of relationships work with the team as a whole.  Team members are required to show up authentically and openly.

who is the in harmony programme for?

We specialise in working with individuals and teams - even where they have already been deemed 'dysfunctional' - to create empathetic productive relationships.

the practicalities

It is crucial that this programme is designed with the organisation concerned.  There is no fixed way in which it operates other than as a mixture of conceptual and experiential learning combined with application in practice which takes place over time.

In order to ease the way for change, the programme usually incorporates individual coaching for every member of the team.  This enables each person's perceptions, issues and plans for individual change to be dealt with.

your leaders

The leaders who will work with the team understand and teach the nature of relationship and how an individual can stay in harmony with others without giving away his/her power.

why consider this programme?

Getting the job done, achieving goals and targets is the life-blood of most organisations..  Few people work entirely alone in order for these objectives to be achieved and it is the nature of relationships which either facilitates or hinders the achievement of such goals and targets.
