What's it about? Essentially it's about using your body to enable you to be more engaging, aligned, grounded, clear-headed, inspirational - the list goes on. There are nine major energy centres in your body. They normally lie quiet and dormant. We have developed a simple and powerful method for awakening these nine physical energy centres to bring you into deeper connection with the spirituality of your inner self. Once you learn where they are and how to tap into them, through your commitment to develop them further, you will be able to call upon them more and more in your life. New Equations practices are body-based and allow learning and transformation to happen through the body. The workshop is designed to guide you in this process. It mainly comprises physical practice and movement accompanied by specially composed and recorded music. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothes. We will give you a new and fun experience that will lead you to create a completely new relationship with your body.
