We have four levels of service:

Just in Time - a unique coaching service

By buying blocks of 4 hours, organisations can offer a rapid response, confidential and solution-focused coaching service for employees. A coaching session can be arranged within 24 hours from notification. This is the ideal service for example when someone is experiencing a crisis and doesn’t know what to do next; a potential grievance is arising and can be nipped in the bud; a decision has to be made and an unbiased sounding board would be helpful.

Executive Gold

Executive Gold is a 6-month programme tailored around the requirements of the client/coachee. It is face-to-face and comprises:

  • Initial meeting to establish the best coaching match
  • 2 ½ hr design, discovery and goal-setting session
  • 2 ½ hr coaching session every 4 weeks
  • 2 ½ hr final session approximately 6 months from starting coaching to review and plan for future.

Between coaching sessions:

  • Opportunities for communication for accountability purposes, and if crises arise
  • ‘Homework’ tasks agreed between client and coach
  • Journaling by client for self-reflection
  • Preparation for the next coaching session in order to get a focus

Executive Silver

Executive Silver is a 6-month programme tailored around the requirements of the client/coachee. It is a combination of face-to-face and telephone coaching comprising:

  • Initial meeting or telephone conversation to establish best coaching match
  • 2 ½ hr design, discovery and goal-setting session face-to-face
  • 6 x 1 hr telephone/Skype coaching sessions
  • 2 ½ hr final session face-to-face, approximately 6 months from starting coaching to review and plan for future

Between coaching sessions:

  • Opportunities for communication for accountability purposes, and if crises arise
  • ‘Homework’ tasks agreed between client and coach
  • Journaling by client for self-reflection
  • Preparation for the next coaching session in order to get a focus

Executive Bronze

This service is ideal for new promotions and identified talent within the organisation. It is a 3-4 month programme tailored to help these clients blossom and take the next step in their development. It comprises:

  • 2 ½ hr design, discovery and goal-setting session face-to-face
  • 3 x 1 hr telephone/Skype coaching sessions
  • 1 ½ hr telephone/Skype final session to review progress and plan sustainable development in the future

Between coaching sessions:

  • Opportunities for communication for accountability purposes and if crises arise
  • ‘Homework’ tasks agreed between client and coach
  • Journaling by client for self-reflection
  • Preparation for the next coaching session in order to get a focus
